House rules and fines
The rules the board has adopted, and the fine for each offence. A notice of violation can be contested in writing to the board within the period stated on it.
Class A: everyday conduct
Garbage outside schedule
Segregated garbage is put out only on collection days.

No parking on the street overnight or in front of another's driveway.

Pets must be on a leash in common areas; owners clean up after them.

Class B: nuisance to neighbours
Noise after 10:00 PM
Loud music, videoke and parties must stop by 10:00 PM.

Renovation without permit
No construction or renovation without an approved work permit; works only 8 AM–5 PM, Monday to Saturday.
