How Greenhaven Residences's website and residents' portal handle your personal data, under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173).
What we collect
On the contact form: your name, how to reach you, your unit if you give it, and your message. In the portal: what you submit (payment reports, gate passes, bookings and concerns) and the date and time you signed in.
Why
To answer you, to run the association's billing, gate and amenities, and to keep the records the association's by-laws and the law require.
Who sees it
The admin office and the officers who need it for the task. Gate passes are shown to the guards on duty. Nothing is sold or shared for marketing.
How long
Inquiries for two years; billing, receipts and gate records for as long as the association's books must be kept.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, subject to the records the law requires us to keep. Write to the data protection officer named below.
Cookies
One cookie keeps you signed in to the portal, and your choice of light or dark theme is kept in your browser. There is no advertising or tracking cookie on this site.
