Homeowners association
A better place to call home
Greenhaven Residences is run by its own homeowners through an elected board and a small admin office. Dues keep the gate staffed, the streets lit, the gardens kept and the clubhouse open, and every peso is accounted for in the association's books.
Residents see their own statements, report payments, book the amenities and bring in visitors from the portal, without a trip to the office.

Questions residents ask
How do I get into the residents' portal?
Use the email or mobile number the admin office has on file for you. We send a six-digit code; there is no password to remember. If yours is not on file, ask the office through the contact form.
How do I pay my dues?
Pay at the admin office, or transfer to one of the association's accounts shown on the Pay page and report the payment there with its reference number. The cashier checks it against the bank and issues your official receipt.
Can my tenant use the portal?
Yes. A lessee on file sees the units they occupy, can register visitors and report concerns. Dues and statements stay with the owner unless the office bills the tenant directly.
How do I bring in a visitor or a delivery?
Request a gate pass in the portal before they arrive. Once the office approves it, the guard scans its code at the gate. A walk-in visitor is let in after the guard calls you.
Who can see my balance?
Only you, in the portal, and the admin office. The website never publishes a resident's name or a unit's balance.
